Smells incredible. The quality is exactly what they say it is.
Clove is the oil most people use once, decide is too strong, and put at the back of the drawer. The problem isn't the oil — it's that one drop does the work of three and nobody tells you that until after you've wasted half the bottle finding out.
At the right price you can afford to learn how to use it. You can afford to experiment. One drop in a winter blend, two in a cleaning spray, a tiny amount in a roller. You figure out what it does because you're not rationing every single drop.
Some essential oil brands charge over $55 for 15ml of Clove. At that price every mistake feels expensive. You use it less than you should, learn it slower than you could, and never quite unlock what it's capable of.
At our price you use it until you understand it. And once you understand it, you use it constantly.
100% pure Clove oil. Nothing added, nothing diluted. We've been selling pure essential oils since 1895. If it's not the best Clove oil you've smelled, we'll refund you in full. No return, no questions, no expiry on that promise.

In a diffuser
Add 1–2 drops maximum to your diffuser with water — always blended with other oils, never alone. Run for 30–60 minutes at a time. Clove is the most potent oil in this range — one drop is often enough to anchor an entire blend.
As a roller blend
Add the recommended drops to a 10ml roller bottle and top with a carrier oil. Apply to wrists, temples, the back of the neck, or the sternum. Never apply undiluted essential oil directly to skin.
In a spray
Add the recommended drops to 250ml of water with 1 teaspoon of methylated spirits as an emulsifier. Shake before each use. Spray on surfaces, fabrics, or into the air.
For topical use
Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin. Do a patch test on your inner arm and wait 24 hours before wider use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Storage
Keep in a cool, dark place — a cupboard or drawer is ideal. Keep the lid sealed between uses. Essential oils degrade with heat, light, and air exposure.
Clove — dilution and caution
Use 1–2 drops maximum in a 100ml diffuser. For skin use, dilute to 0.5% maximum in carrier oil — approximately 3 drops per 30ml. Never apply neat. One of the most potent oils in this range — follow dilution ratios exactly.

Blend 1: Clove + Orange + Cedarwood — "The Winter Evening"
The most-searched clove blend for a reason that doesn't need explaining — you already know this smell. Orange is the sweetness. Cedarwood is the wood-panelled room. Clove is what makes the whole thing feel like the night you've been trying to build since April. One drop. Clove goes further than anything else in this range. 1 drop Clove, 4 drops Orange, 3 drops Cedarwood. You've been buying candles to get here. The oil is what the candle is trying to be.
Blend 2: Clove + Frankincense + Bergamot — "The Considered Room"
This isn't a seasonal blend. It's an evening blend that rewards a second smell. Clove is the depth at the back. Frankincense is the resin. Bergamot keeps the air moving — stops it from sitting heavy. The result reads as expensive without announcing it. 1 drop Clove, 3 drops Frankincense, 3 drops Bergamot. Your guests will ask. You won't be able to explain it simply. That's the point.
Blend 3: Clove + Lemon + Tea Tree — "The Winter Air"
Your family has run through the same cold three times this winter. It travels through the house the same way every time — one person, then the next, then you. Clove is the most potent antimicrobial in this range. Lemon keeps the room from smelling like a hospital ward. Tea Tree handles what's travelling through the air while everyone sleeps. 1 drop Clove, 4 drops Lemon, 3 drops Tea Tree. Opening a window is passive. This is a decision.
Blend 4: Clove + Lavender + Rosemary — "The Shoulder Roller"
Not a diffuser blend — a roller for the end of the day. Clove's warming analgesic compound was in muscle rubs before ibuprofen existed. Lavender calms the inflammation response. Rosemary improves circulation to exactly where you need it. Roll on shoulders, lower back, back of the neck. Apply before the tension sets in, not after. 2 drops Clove, 4 drops Lavender, 3 drops Rosemary in a 10ml roller topped with carrier oil. You've been reaching for the ibuprofen when you're already at a seven. This is what you use at a three.
Blend 5: Clove + Peppermint + Lemon — "The Kitchen Spray"
Clove kills mould at the molecular level — that's chemistry, not copy. Peppermint dominates insects. Lemon cuts the smell of whatever just happened on the bench. Spritz on surfaces, in the bin, along the window sills. 1 drop Clove, 4 drops Peppermint, 4 drops Lemon in 250ml water + 1 tsp methylated spirits. The wipes make it smell clean. This blend makes it be clean. You stopped confusing the two things the day you read that sentence.

How many drops do I use in a diffuser?
1–2 drops maximum in a 100ml diffuser. Clove is the most potent oil in this range — a single drop is often enough to anchor an entire blend. If you use it at the same ratio as other oils it will dominate everything around it. Start at 1 drop, assess after 10 minutes, and add from there.
Can I apply it directly to my skin?
No — not undiluted. Clove is a known skin irritant and mucous membrane sensitiser at full concentration. Always dilute to 0.5% or less for skin use and patch test before use. Do not apply near eyes, nose, or mouth.
Is it safe around pets?
Use with caution. Clove contains eugenol, which is toxic to cats and can cause liver damage with repeated exposure. Never apply Clove-containing products to a cat's fur or skin. For dogs, diffused use at low concentrations with ventilation is generally considered lower risk.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Clove is generally recommended to avoid during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester. It has uterine-stimulating properties in concentrated amounts. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant.
Can I use it for toothache?
Clove oil's use for dental pain relief is one of the most well-documented applications in traditional and clinical aromatherapy — eugenol is the active compound dentists use in temporary fillings. Apply a tiny amount on a cotton ball to the affected area. Do not apply undiluted directly to gum tissue. This is a temporary measure — see a dentist.

Clove oil is steam distilled from the flower buds, leaves, or stem of the clove tree (Syzygium aromaticum), native to the Maluku Islands in Indonesia — the original Spice Islands that European powers fought wars over for two centuries. Bud oil is the most prized: the highest eugenol content, the most complex scent, the most therapeutic application.
Eugenol is the defining compound — making up 70–90% of clove bud oil. It's the same compound that dentists use in temporary fillings for its anaesthetic and antimicrobial properties, and the same compound that makes clove the most potent antimicrobial oil in this range. Its warm, spicy, deeply familiar scent is what makes cinnamon rolls smell the way they do, what makes mulled wine smell the way it does, and what makes a room diffused with Clove feel like the best version of a winter evening.
It's the most powerful oil in this range. One drop in a blend does more than three drops of most others.
Our Clove oil is 100% pure steam-distilled clove bud oil. No carrier, no dilution, no synthetic fragrance.
